How we ship your order, how you can pay and what to do if you need to return a product.

Shipping

  • Ships within 2 business days

    As a rule, your parcel leaves within 2 business days of receiving your payment.

  • With a tracking number

    By Estafeta, delivered without a signature. We send you a link to follow your order online.

  • Free from $598

    Shipping costs $149 (VAT included) and is free on orders from $598. Large cities: 1–3 business days; extended areas: up to 5–7.

Shipping costs include handling, packing and postage. The boxes are made of sturdy corrugated cardboard, so your items are well protected. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order.

Secure payment

You can pay with Mercado Pago (credit or debit card and the other methods Mercado Pago offers), with PayPal or by bank transfer. Your payment is protected by SSL encryption and your card details are processed directly by Mercado Pago or PayPal. Choose how to pay when you complete your order.

Returns

We accept returns only of unopened, unused cosmetics or of products with a manufacturing defect, within 5 business days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
