Yes. If you need an invoice (CFDI), write to info@dermacol.mx or leave us a message with your order. Include your order number and your tax details: RFC, name or company name, tax regime, postal code and CFDI use.

Shipping costs $149 MXN (IVA included) and is free for orders from $598 MXN. We only ship within Mexico.

We ship with Estafeta. Your parcel leaves within 2 business days after payment is confirmed and arrives in 1 to 3 business days in big cities, or up to 5 to 7 days in extended zones.

We send you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. You can also see the status of your orders in My account.

We accept returns only of unopened, unused cosmetics or of products with a manufacturing defect, within 5 business days of delivery.
